Debugging OCaml on Ubuntu

A Debian patch breaks OCaml debugging on Ubuntu by messing with the bytecode file format. See /usr/share/doc/ocaml-nox/README.Debian for the fix. Set OCAML_COMPAT=c in .bashrc.
